Loving Every Moment...: Having Fun!

My, my, my....Kaylee is 28 months old tomorrow. She is weighing in at about 27.5 lbs and is just over 3 feet tall. We completed this online height predictor that says she is likely to be around 5'9! Thank goodness she will not be as short as me, but does she really have to tower me?

She makes me laugh so hard sometimes. She has started calling us "Mom" and "Dad" sometimes. This makes her sound so grown up. She will walk up to you and say "I love you, Mom!" So cute it just melts my heart. She loves the sound of her own voice. She is constantly talking. It’s always "what are you doing Mom? What's that? And Watch Mommy/Daddy! She will come up to you and tell you all about whatever it is she is doing. The cutest conversations come from 2 year old's! Her sentences are coming along nicely and communicating with this child is hilarious. If for some reason you cannot understand what she is saying, she will repeat is 500 times for you until you figure it out, all the while looking at you like you're crazy for not understanding it the first time. One of my favorite things she says is "Mommy, I want to hold you". This is what she says when she wants us to pick her up and hold her....too funny.

Her imagination just kills me. She loves playing in her kitchen and making her babies something to eat. Her kitchen comes with a phone that makes all kinds of noises. She picks up the phone, punches in numbers and starts talking. She likes to rock her baby to sleep and then will come and "shush" you by placing her finger over her mouth.

She loves to read books. I am happy that she enjoys being read to and will take books and sit down and attempt to read them herself. So cute.

Since it is impossible to tell you about every cute little thing this kid does, I will call it quits for now!
